Sterling Palavelli Godavari

Everything from the welcome drink, the luggage assistance, the elegant rooms, wonderful in-room facilities, luscious dining, serene greenery and relaxing pool were top notch. The guest reception was truly impressive. Saibaba was of great help for luggage handling. Bhaskar ensured that we had a seamless and comfortable experience during checkout, and was really delighted to see us leave on a pleasant note. We had a few minor inconveniences at the restaurant once during lunch, but the whole place was brilliantly and effectively managed by Pabitra and Rambabu. The resort is set in a picturesque scenery and so I took great pleasure in using it in the literal sense. Many peaceful memories preserved in the beautiful images taken. The buffet at dinner and the complementary breakfast, won my heart more than my appetite. Some of the dishes could do well with some improvement (the prawn biryani was a major dissatisfaction). The rooms and the residential building were classic, vintage and had a grand look. All amenities were mostly functioning and were well maintained (the hair drier in my room was not working). I spent a lot of time in the pool which simply has the best view of the local eco environment that I know of. Most problems were small and manageable. Maintenance and renovations were also going on, which although undesirable now will make it better in the future. I appreciate Bhaskar’s passionate work again and hope to visit again sometime.

Great experience. Kids also enjoyed a lot. Resorts location is so go and very much closure to nature. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Enjoyed in restaurant with good food and nice varieties. Selection was so good. Kids enjoyed with swimming pool

Excellent property and the staffs and managers are way beyond excellent. Ms. Papori ( Front Office)has been so much helpful in guiding us and helping us with each and every bit of our requirements in the room. I would like to thank Mr Xaviers (GM) for our overall stay, Mr. Ram babu for ensuring that the food is reached on time with sufficient quantity and best quality, Mr. Bhaskar (Facilites Manager) for immediate room service and he ensured that we do not have to call them twice. I also would like to thank Mr Nagesh with our fun activities, Mr. Sudarshan and Mr. Bhaskar and Mr. Rinku (Front Office). Ms Papori, thank you so much once again. I would like to recommend highly to visit the property. Its not just the property with a scenic beauty but people here make it worth extending your stay.

We have went there for our 1st anniversary and it was one of the best memories we keep with us from palavelli, room were so spacious and clean the view from the balcony was so amazing, food was great we enjoyed the local konaseema diba roti and chapala pulusu was so great.we definitely recommend our friends.

We visited palavelli it was our wonderful stay over there we love the local cuisine food specially that diba roti was amazing, pool was having so awesome view and clean, activities guys Mr nagesh was so great he only suggest us for boating and it was really wonderful. We will be visiting soon again with family.

We went for a visit and we enjoyed a lot at swimming pool it was so neat and clean it's really well maintained and the games activity our kids love the boat sikar it would be much better if the trip time will little more, all staff were so welcoming.atleast we have the food and it was so amazing. We will plan again to visit.

Overall Great experience best place for weekend gateway family trip or couple or business’s trip just don't think much and go to sterling godavari. Nice location Well behaved staff & Supportive staff Nice room delicious food I recommend to visit once

Staff Members are very good. Nice behavior. Excellent stay . Specially the front staff members and food also very nice . I am coming aging in this hotel. My wife and my daughter also said this is the best hotel . Once again thank you very much❤️❤️❤️

I had a business trip last week. It was an excellent stay with sterling. Spacious and well maintained rooms, delicious food and terrific service. Front desk staffs are quite helpful and well behaved. Overall value for money and satisfied stay. Look forward to visit again.
