I am totally happy with this hotel. It is clean, nice, and extremely well-located right above the Central Park mall. A very nice and clean room. The only drawback is the toilet bowl in my room. It gave out a squeaky sound everytime I used it as if it was going to come off. I think it needs repair or the screws need to tightened. Other than this, I am very satisfied with the room. The breakfast is great too! I enjoyed it a lot. I would definitely want to come back again. Thanks!

The name of it was already a luxury and high profile hotel but the design is awkward to have the bathroom in the middle of the room and sound proofing from above is terrible, you can hear water rising down the pipes when the above unit is bathing. The pillow is old and feels like pancake, lights from the wardrobe is on 24 hours with no switch to turn off, curtain is old, bed lights is not working, powersocket by the bed is not working, towel is torn and with a smell. It does not represent a five star hotel, it is overrated. Good thing is it is beside the mall and staffs are super friendly and professional.

Overall, I had a good stay at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. The hotel is located in a self-contained area with plenty of facilities and conveniences nearby. However, there isn't much to explore immediately outside the complex itself. The room was comfortable, with a great bed, good shower, quality toiletries, and a nice selection of tea and coffee. A few areas could use improvement. There was a noticeable moldy smell in some of the corridors, and parts of the property seem due for maintenance. The pool area also had no staff present during my visit. This wasn't a major issue, but it's something I would have expected from a hotel with a five-star rating. The gym equipment was sufficient and the views from the gym very nice. Sauna a little underwhelming, a bit small and located right inside the changing room rather than in a dedicated room with special showers and such as you normally see. I didn't try the spa or the hotel's dining options, so I can't comment on those. Despite those minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay overall and would consider staying here again. I want to stress again that the service attitude was very good and sincere, which is a major plus for me.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a huge shopping mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants, making shopping easy. The hotel's interior design is nice, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices – I'm sure I could stay a week and not get bored!

The room was small and outdated, but the service was excellent as expected from a 5-star hotel. I tried their lunch menu and it was incredibly comprehensive.

The room has a great artistic flair, the facilities are quite good and new, and the bed is very comfortable. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and the Middle Eastern cuisine is very authentic. The pool and spa are quite luxurious with excellent water quality, though a bit cold. It's best to go for a swim in the late afternoon/early evening to relax and unwind.

Hotel room are big and connected to shopping malls! Wide variety of chilli to choose.

Right next to Central Park, there are many restaurants in the mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Directly opposite, there's a Chinese restaurant called Tangyue Xiaoguan (棠悦小馆); I recommend trying it if you're craving Chinese food. The staff also speak a little Chinese.

The room is about 32㎡, with a rather compact layout, especially the entrance area. Weekdays: 6:00-10:30 AM, Weekends: 6:30-11:00 AM 🏋️ Amenities The 1F has a 24-hour gym with good natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, well-equipped with treadmills, strength machines, a free-weight area, and a punching bag. On the same floor, there's also an outdoor pool, spa, and sauna. The pool is open until 6:00 PM during your stay. This Pullman is ideal for shopping holidays and business travelers in West Jakarta. The hotel's artistic design is a standout feature.
