The location is fine. Close to the historical square of Batavia. A bit far from central and south Jakarta. The staff at the front desk are all great with nice service. Will choose this hotel again next time.

Don't bother with the high-floor city view rooms; just book the standard room. There's absolutely no difference in room size or interior decor and amenities between the 600+ RMB city view room and the 300 RMB standard room. The 'city view' isn't worth it at all; Northern Jakarta in this area is just a slum with no scenery to speak of. I've attached photos taken from the room.

The room was spacious with new facilities and excellent bedding. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Its location next to Chinatown was very convenient, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The breakfast restaurant is on the 3rd floor, and the gym is on the 6th. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Overall great price- quality. Very comfy beds and good linen. We were happy with the breakfast. The location is next to Chinatown and old colonial buildings, but require a walk on a very busy messy road. It is a 15-30 min drive from a city center. The photo is the view

Great place to stay in Jakarta. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym and swimming pool. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
