Was a lovely hotel to stay in. My room could’ve been a little cleaner just in the tiny details like corners of shelves and the bathroom screen. However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!

I expect pool but broken ladder. So almost hurt using pool. Faucet and refrigerator not managed. And take time fixed( I asked 3pm but staff came 11pm. And I asked 3times) Good thing is non smell

The check in progress not soft, complicatwd so it take long.

We stayed for a short transit from Penang to our hometown. The rooms were little bit small but still enjoyable. The location was strategic. Near hotel there were some restos in walking distance. The hotel has a swimming pool above the receptionist floor. The staffs were nice and helpful for our GoFood orders.

It’s quick check in in this hotel recommend from my sister. Even though i stay few hours due to catch up my flight, so far the experience is nice the room was comfortable enough and clean.

good ambiance

Small, boutique like hotel. Quite far from the city centre but the neighbor is quiet and looks safe. Breakfast is ok, rooms are big compared to other 2-3 star hotel and the whole hotel is clean and tidy looking.

Good place to stay. Located in strategic location, close to attractions and easy access to go around the city

I really like this place because so quite, there’s smart tv and also get free ice cream, i had 2 great nights here

The decoration of the alley in the building is unique and the room though a bit small but cozy and quite bright. However it has a subtle smoking smell despite asking for non smoking room thus had to open the window to let the air ventilation. The breakfast was acceptable

Major issues with cleanliness: musty room, itchy bedsheet, smelly new towels (with long hair strands in its inner fold!), pee-stained toilet bowl&seat upon check-in. Pool water is murky and greenish, gym smells of lingering dried sweat. Hotel decor is unique, location is great, staff is friendly. Maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the whole hotel is a major issue.

Nice place to stay. Very chill and comfortable!
