Given to a room on 8th floor. The air was stuffy but turned better upon switching on the aircon. The room was clean.

Worst I must say. In 2019, I stayed in this hotel for two nights and everything was great. Room was clean, overall everything was amazing. I booked again for one night, only for transit. They put me in room 511 (so if anyone who read this given room 511, pls ask for another room), there was a noisy from a machine outside & AC isn’t working properly. As it’s already 9pm, I went to the lobby and asked for another room. A receptionist, Firman, gave me 909, he apologised bcs it’s a smoking room, I dont want wasted any of my time, so I accepted it. Yes I got these towel inside the room, horrible. They should throw away this kind of towel. And there are ants in the room. Terrible. Management should improve this basic thing about towel and room hygiene as the hotel used to be great.

Location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful (both frontdesk and also the housekeeping). Room is an average size but doable for a short stay. Wifi can be improved. And insulation too. Can hear noises from 6th floor.

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

The hotel looks quite decent from the exterior, however the rooms could have been better in terms of cleanliness and functionality. Nevertheless, it is quite affordable and value for money. Just need to manage your expectations for the price you paid

The location is perfect, food court (gerobak) also there, so we can choose breakfast in the morning

The staff was really nice. However the room is a bit humid while they do not provide hairdryer in the room. Overall it’s okay.

The service of front desk are okay Room were quite dark not like how i thought would be from the photos. And for cleanliness hope they could give it more attention the first night our towel smells too much of bleach and then the bathroom got alot of mold in the blinds and rust almost every corners if only they could give those more attention then the room will be very good and would reccomend Also for amenities only got toothbrush and the hairdryer needed to ask from frontdesk whilst the air very slow

Overall, the hospitality was good. The staff were generally friendly, and the hotel lobby design is quite nice and well-presented. However, my experience with the front desk was less than ideal. The receptionist I dealt with was quite inflexible regarding check-in time. It was 1:50pm, but they insisted on a strict 2:00pm check-in, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Breakfast was acceptable—fairly standard Asian breakfast options. The egg station was a nice highlight. The swimming pool, while looking attractive in photos, is quite small in reality and the water appeared slightly yellow, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room experience was disappointing overall. The first room had a noticeable wet wood/musty smell upon entry, and I immediately regretted the choice of hotel. Later, during rest, I was startled awake by a loud water-like dripping sound, which turned out to be water leaking heavily from the air-conditioning unit. Although I contacted reception and was told someone would come, no one arrived after 15–20 minutes, so I had to go down in person to request a room change. The staff eventually agreed, though somewhat reluctantly. The second room had no initial odor, which was a relief. However, the air-conditioning was not functioning properly—the airflow was weak and the room felt unusually warm despite setting it to a low temperature. After contacting reception again, a technician responded quickly and discovered that the air-conditioning filter was heavily clogged with dust. Once cleaned, cooling improved significantly. There was still a slight odor from the bathroom area, but I chose not to escalate further. Soundproofing was also an issue. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridors was clearly audible. At one point late at night, there were also loud sounds from another room (sound of people **********), which made it difficult to rest comfortably. In summary, while the staff attitude and lobby presentation were good, the overall room quality, maintenance, and soundproofing need significant improvement.

The room was quite new, and overall it was great value for money. The hotel has two restaurants, the one on the 10th floor was delicious, but the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible.

I like the industrial concept and the esthetics design. The location is near culinary and malls. Good for business and leisure. But I'm not sure for the cleanliness. I had to face dirty plates in the alley for days and no staffs initiated to clean it up. The pool area also dirty, no one initiated to clean the trash and there were lots of cigarette butts in the area. I have to remind every hour to the PA for cleaning my room. I don't know maybe they lack of staff? But they have private PA for every guest i think this is a plus. And overall they have an excellent service for tye guest. So,, thank you.

Staying 4 days at this hotel , everything was so good. Food, location and room . With sweet ice cream as a compliment
