The environment was decent, considering it's an older hotel, and you could tell it's popular with locals. I actually really liked the atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit, and the price was fair. It's suitable for both business travelers and families, especially since many locals choose to stay here. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door, which is super convenient.

Location, services, and price are good. Please consider to change all the old bed, pillow, and bolsters sheets to a new one for guest comfort.

I stayed here for one night yesterday in room 319. The room itself was okay, but it felt like it had been empty for a long time or wasn't cleaned properly. First, there was a lot of dust, like household dust that hasn't been wiped away in ages. Second, the bedsheets were terrible – super itchy! I don't know if they were dirty or just hadn't been changed because the room was vacant for a while. Third, the drinking water in the room was the worst part – it smelled strongly of chlorine! Luckily, when I called to ask for a replacement, they brought new water quickly. But it made me hesitant to drink it, wondering why the drinking water had such a strong chlorine smell. Fourth, one of the towels had some dirty stains. On the positive side, the service was good, and breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. The location is also quite strategic.

The hotel is comfortable but I personally not comfortable with the empty storage room, it would be better if there was no storage room. The facilities are okay, clean, & the staff is friendly. So far so good

Good location. This hotel is better for Local Indonesian only for short stay. Or better for couples for a few hours. The first time, they gave me a room, at 7th floor, a fully bad smell with disgusting. Lots of ants and uncleaned. Then I requested to change the room and they gave me a second room on the 9th floor. Somewhat good. But cleaners don't do proper cleaning jobs. Also, the comed collar was broken. Mainly, time has to come change the floor carpets. Mainly noticed, very uncleaned hotel. Common areas also with lot of dirt. I think cleaners don't do their job properly.

The linen its a bit dirty, the air conditioner quite ok, helpful front desk, good location

Friendly staff, but the hotel needs improvement. There are stains on the bedsheet, the carpet is dirty even as you enter, and the toilet seat is torn and worn. Staff changed my bedsheets and only stayed one night.
