This hotel seems to have a large local clientele. The breakfast is so so only. Not much western dishes. The free coffee is very bad. Dont touch. The cleanliness is good. No hand towels. Cakes not nice. Location is ok. Nearby seems not to have any shopping area.

However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Room service was not consistent, as responses and service quality varied during the stay. The air-conditioning was not cold all the time, possibly due to the AC unit placement in the room, which affected overall comfort. Additionally, breakfast was not fully ready by 6:00 AM, and there was a noticeable delay, which may be inconvenient for guests with early schedules. Overall, the location is a strong advantage, but better consistency in service, room comfort, and breakfast preparation would improve the guest experience.

Nice place for staycation, the breakfast are varied and tasted good. Staff could’ve been nicer but over all they’re good.

Facilities and room are getting drabby. Breakfast food has plenty of selections that don't look appetising, some.borderline leftovers lookalike. Repeat customer, but quality has gone down...

The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast spread with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and polite overall. However, the front desk lady during check-in seemed a bit disinterested, yawning twice while serving me and barely making eye contact, giving the impression she was more focused on the desk than the guest.

Clean room, good breakfast

I forgot my room number, but the water is so smelly.. The more i stay the less service i’ve got. Something like greetings and say sorry anything about this im not get it. And for the breakfast too why they reduce the food? Im not stupid i know when im check in on eid mubarak period but it’s not a good reason you drop your service cause the customer is still pay the price when you offers. For me it’s ok to pay more to get more service too. Thanks. Hope you be better.

Service has been good, so is the food.

The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, it's a pity Bathroom leaks
