Stayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient. 👍 What Was Good Staff effort The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated. Gym Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Breakfast buffet Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there. Location & mall access This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic. ⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong Room issues and multiple changes I had to change rooms twice. • First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated. • The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable. The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly. Food quality: This was probably the biggest disappointment. One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression. The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. Room service was similarly average. 🚧 Facilities The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars. The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down. Would I stay again? Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time.

Located in a strategic place in Jakarta, the hotel facilities are really good, from dining, swimming pool etc, one thing the most important is the hotel is just next too the ciputra mall so its very convenient to shop or just to find something to eat there. The staffs are really helpful and polite, no problem at all with the check-in/out process. Only there's some minor things need to improve, in the morning we went to the swimming pool area 7am with my kids and there's already some people there smoking and vapes in the Bar area, don't know if that place is smoking area, i think the hotel need to setup a proper smoking/vapes area not in the swimming pool area because it is outdoor.

Regular stay at this hotel whenever I travelled to Jakarta. Conveniently located next Ciputra Mall. Thats only place patronise during free time. Nice cosy room but light too dim for liking. Can improve of the room cleanliness

Sercice was excellent especially the staffs sercing breakfast. Room was outdated. Bathtub needs to be change to a dated one.

Booked for only 2 nights as a stop over in Jakarta before flying on. Room was decent, only downside being there were only amenities for 1 person despite booking for 2 people. Executive lounge has some great food and drink in the evening and meant we could try a few dishes, although it wasn't clear from our booking that food was included in the price, so nice bonus
