Worst ecsperiance ever We got to B&B and the woman toke a while to come to the door when we entered the house their was. A very heavy smell of. urine we went. Over to my friends house and. We. Just drove home again we couldn't sleep there let alone eat breakfast which she kept going on about

Lovely B&B full of character Avril was a lovely host, very chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the area and it's history. We were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro which is only a couple of houses along from the B&B, super handy! Our room was clean and comfortable. The house has a lot of character and original features. The view from our room was amazing, looking right out to the sea and Arran. You can walk through the back garden out onto a path along the sea front which also leads down to the beach, spent the morning after breakfast walking along it and enjoying the great weather!

Owner tries hard but that's it.. The owner tries hard but I suspect is struggling. Could be an amazing place but needs a lot of work. In it's present form doubt it would pass a health and safety check. Permanent, permeating all pervasive awful smell probably from old perhaps damp carpets. This is not a 100 pound a night stay however you look at it: halve that and it might make more sense for an overnighter.

Beautiful Victorian home with original features, lovely garden leading onto the beach, great atmosphere and location. Avril is a lovely host and person.

Place smells like someone died.lady smelled awful Lady lectured us for being 30mins early.lady needs customer servuce training and a good bath Genuinely a very horrible experience Definitely do not recommend anyone else stays here ever

A real bed and breakfast experience Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks Avril for making our stay so enjoyable.
