I am not very satisfied with this hotel. The color of the hotel's exterior wall is inconsistent with the one in the photo. I hope to get new photos. The room faces the highway and the sound is so loud that I can't sleep at night. The price is a bit high.

The carpet in the hallway through out third floor was smell so bad and the staff was nice but the carpet smells was awful.

Staff was very nice at the desk. The room had a weird smell to it. The shower had nowhere to set any of your soaps so you had to place them on the ground. Could be inconvenient if you have a hard time bending down as there is nowhere to place it really outside the shower either that you can reach. Bathroom is very small. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room never got too hot at night.

I was billed twice / Once by ******* and then by Hotel / When I called the hotel, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no ever returned / When Intry to call *******, you do not have your telephone number readily available and you force everyone to use email / Therefore, after spending a better part of 40 minutes trying to reach either organization, my issue is still unresolved

When calling earlier in the morning to verify the shuttle would be available to pick us up around 1am when we landed we were assured they could. Called at 1am and learned the shuttle stopped at 11pm. Arrived via Uber, which we had to pay for, to a reservation mistake. We were thankfully given a different room than what we reserved. On-line said breakfast included, it wasn’t. Coffee was also empty in the lobby.

Hotel is clean and looks good! Staff was friendly and very helpful! Only two draw backs….
The coffee was old that my husband got mid afternoon.
The tile area outside the door is very slippery when it’s wet.

I often stay at this property and it’s very clean. The front staff is always very professional, courteous and friendly. The warm chocolate chip cookies are the best part! The staff at the front desk gets you checked in quickly and fast. Each and every time I’ve checked in the front desk has been amazing!
