1.入住很快，check out 也有行李储存服务很棒。
2.卫生很好，房間用品很新，两天會更換一次用品，实测这個時間間隔合理。
3.設施很棒，含了微波爐/天然氣烤炉/锅盤等茶杯碗碟一應俱全，但热水器是壞的，最後用了不锈钢烧的水。
4.环境很安靜，小陽台太適合吃早餐了🥣，周圍绿植充足，有停車位。
5.門口有貼紧急联係電話，哪怕前台下班了打過去也秒接，這點在西澳太珍貴了🥹🥹因為第一晚晚上7點我們就過了門禁時間但沒带上check in時取的大門密碼，前台及時接電的服务讓人感動。
6.ps.楼下雖然带餐廳，但完全不吵，住了4天。而且有機會一定要嘗一嘗，出品不錯，擺盤很好看。

Staffs professional and friendly. Mind you, they waited for us on a Sunday after closure without knowing if we were ever to show up! Our flight was 2 hours late... We will come back anytime when we go to Perth and already strongly recommended the place to colleagues. Feels like home, really. A chopping board for cooking would be a good addition to the kitchen, so to say it is pretty hard to find anything wrong to say. Room 204. Great stay.

Nice and quiet spot with a great little cafe downstairs. Property is a bit old but still habitable. Air conditioner in our room needs a clean.

Great location and good value for what I paid. Reception staff were very attentive. However, bathroom fan took a long time to turn off, which kept me awake, and shower recess took a long time to drain. Despite this, I would happily book again.
