The 24-hour reception is a plus, and the room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was great for the heat. It was very convenient to have a kitchen equipped with a knife, cutlery, dishes, and even basic salt and pepper. There were also two laundry detergent pods. There's a cafe just down the street behind the hotel.

They have automatically upgraded our room to 1 double bed and 1 single bed .. and the room also clean and with all the cooking utensils provided ..

Clean spacious room with a cleaner and dryer in the bathroom. Thoughtful touch of even providing laundry powder, making it super convenient for guests. Perfect location with Red CAT bus which brings you into CBD within 5 mins. Bus stop is located just across the apartment and the free bus service runs frequently.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. When they found out it was my birthday during my stay, they surprised me with chocolates and complimentary parking for a day. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a washing machine, dryer, and a small kitchenette. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing; the cutlery and cups were greasy and needed to be washed before use.

Good place to stay. Room is not big as expected but ok size. Milk in the fridge was half full when arrive and the body wash was nearly empty only last for one night.

Top place to stay just outside city centre. Clean and amenities fantastic. Swimming area good and eating area a bonus when weather is hot. 500yrd from city centre free buses inside the CBD. Excellent all round would recommend.

Conveniently located hotel just outside of CBD. Quiet and peaceful.

Booked this as its near the RAC Arena. It does take a good 10 mins to walk to all the nearby food places. The stove was not working during my stay so had to improvise and cook with the oven only. Overall i think its ok for short stay.

The hygiene was so-so; on the second day, both the hand towel and bath towel had black stains on them, which was really disgusting.

Good apartment. Well set up with microwave and stove top. Close to free bus to cbd Safe never worked, despite being supposedly be fixed Not 24 seven reception as claimed. This is problematic when I was moving out as I locked myself out.

The place had a kitchen, which made it perfect for a family trip. The room was bright with white tones, and everything—TV, desk, small dining table, balcony, bathroom—was clean and well-maintained. One small thing though: the bathroom drain was really open and visible, so I was a bit worried something might fall in or bugs might come out. I ended up covering it with a towel. The location was nicely a bit away from the busy city center, which was great. Best part? The bus stop for the free Red CAT and Yellow CAT buses was close—so convenient! The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super handy, too. At night, we did sometimes hear cars driving by pretty loudly, but it didn’t really affect our sleep.
