It's one of the best hotels in Pelling and the management n the staffs are so nice with the best hospitality, we are so happy with the services n all. U must stay in this hotel whenever u visiting Pelling... Deepen jee, Dikila, bhavishya, n all the housekeeping staffs are so helpful.

EVERY service was commendable, each and every staff is very supportive and all have smiles on their face always , we really loved the food , tea . Rooms were spacious. Dikila , Dipin , Sumit, Beena , Anushka hatts off guys . Really caring . They took care of us like family . The property was very beautiful and must recommended

It was a Great experience during the stay, the food was pleasant and tasted fantastic. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The hospitality from the staff were excellent and helpful. Overall to summarise it was an amazing experience and pleasant to have a peace of mind.

Staff is very helpful and very soft spoken and supportive..... Miss Beena : Both of these girls are very cute and energetic Miss Dikila : Mr Prajwal Mr Bisshes: He gave us information about Darjiling,pelling.. Mr Jenosh. : He completed my wish to see view in early morning from terrace suite as suite is not occupied...He went out of the way to serve guests wish and there is special quality of you staff is singing beautifully..

Very nice location with views of Kanchenjunga peaks from the roomsVery good hotel with very good hospitality and very good food.Only a suggestion if there could be mosquito nets and fan in the room,as it was very hot .Good hospitality by the young energetic staff Beena,Dikila,Pranjal & Bishes .

Busy part of town. 6 floors no elevators so not suitable for all. We stayed in top floor. Morning view of Mountain was nice. Its at best a 3 star hotel with minimal amenities. Some cleanliness issues. Bathrooms very average. No hot water for more than 2 mins. Bugs in dining area for example.

Nice location, must visit pelling for atleast 2 days to cover all sights. Rooms are spacious and staff is very supportive and cooperative. U can also plate chess , table tennis and chess. Food quality is also good and you will also enjoy live music while having dinner.
