We decided to stay an extra day! Very clean quiet and the breakfast rocks

The entire facility just seemed very old and tired. The staff were awesome. There was some kind of a problem with the electric in our room where when you plugged something in it sparked. They said they’d write a work order or something. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. But the ladies at the front desk and in the breakfast area were awesome.

Needs serious sprucing up- chair in the room def needs replacing- and the bed probly too. A/C had an “ old/musty” smell when running, but loved having screened window that opened, so we took advantage of that to let fresh air in!!

The outside of the place looks awful with the window screens all cut up and the ac units bent up. The room was awful. The arm chair had a huge stain and the fabric was shredded up. The floor was sticky. It was just a very run down property. They shouldn’t be able to show pictures like they do bc the pictures aren’t correct. The hotel is non smoking but literally next to the lobby door there were people sitting outside smoking. So if you want a non smoking place, don’t go here. The property as a whole looked in poor shape and the area wasn’t good.

The staff was wonderful and courteous. My only complaint is that the room lacked electrical outlets and having two different remotes for the TV was confusing.

I would not recommend this hotel to others as long as they have the same management staff. Very unprofessional.

It was very disappointing as I have stayed at this hotel over the past year over 30 book nights. When I book online I always book the best rate, it doesn't matter if it's a one bed or two beds, I go with the best rate. This past week I booked three rooms as single one bed rooms. The front desk instead moved us into rooms with two beds. On the final night of our stay the manager informed she was going to charge me an extra $25 per room for us staying in a room with two beds. I had to argue with her for 20 minutes, explaining she did not have my authorization to charge my card for any additional fees. I doubt I will ever stay at this hotel again as long as the manager is employed by the hotel.

Customer service was great the front desk ladies were friendly polite funny and quick to get me all room.

The room was ok when we first got there. But when we came back from eating and got ready for bed we stepped out to smoke. Went back to the room and my key wouldnt work. And daughters didnt either. After telling front desk. This was about 1:00am. It was a little over 2 hours before he was finally able to break into our room. Told us some one would be there at 7:00am, its now 3:15 with no key for our door told us sorry and have a good night. So no i will never stay there again.
