This was very clean hotel, bright view and nice bed.
We were really enjoying it in rooms.
Employee are so warm and kind to us, we will reserve this hotel again when we visit MA.

Hotel was Decent. Beds were comfortable,
Room was okay. Staff was excellent very respectful and polite . Hotel in general is very out dated, room for
Improvement but overall it was decent stay.

I would not recommend staying here. Our check in experience was unbelievably uncomfortable and the space was dirty and not well kept up. The room had cigarette burn spots on the curtains, a balcony door that wouldn’t fully close (letting in sound and cold air at night), and hair left in the shower. Our room keycard stopped working the morning of our checkout before checkout time, resulting in multiple trips back and forth to the front desk to fix it.

It would be appreciated to do a daily room service check; toilet paper is needed and fresh towels(not just by request). The alarm system went off which means it's probably not serviced as it should be. Roaches were also a big issue.

The property is not as advertised on the website. Very dirty, run down, and unprofessional staff. There are people living in this hotel, very suspicious behavior. We did not stay here. I lost $400 but it was worth it

The room was clean, but there were some bugs. We wanted a window view, but we ended up getting a room facing the highway. The traffic was noisy and could not sleep well.

I had a long travel day and didn’t check in until 11:30pm. Exhausted, I get to room. I paid for a double bed room, was given a single king for my daughter and I. Whatever. We will deal with it. Looking around room, pen scribble all over the walls. As if a kid had doodled. While getting ready for bed, we notice it’s a bit cold in room. The sliding door to balcony is not fully shut. Well because it’s very old and will not fully close. Thermostat says 66. I go to turn up the heat. Heater does not work. We had to be up by 6:30am, so we just bundled up in sweats and went to bed. Not a pleasant visit. Did not get the room I paid extra for. Not happy. Will not return.

Checking is was uneventful. However when I arrived at my room 301 I was not happy. The furniture is old, chipping as was well as the paint on walls and door. When I turned on the AC/Fan, the fan was extremely yard so I ended turning it off due to the noise and I dealt with the lack of cool air. Then I noticed a noise coming out of the phone. When I was unable to figure out where it was coming from, I covered it up with a towel. I also saw that there was only 1 face cloth. I did not report any of this because I was meeting up with old HS friends to attend another friends memorial service today. But the kicker to my awful stay was when I went to take a shower this morning, I was horrified to find a pair of men's undershorts from Tommy Hilfiger hanging on the on the back of the bathroom door. when I checked out I asked for a manager and was told there was no one. And the clerk told me "Oh, I guess house keeping didn't see it". NO APOLOGY. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. And neither should you.
