Unfortunately had to leave on Day 4 as couldn’t go 5th night without sleeping. The bed was horrible. We tried the couch and that was just as bad. The drawers were stuck in the dresser. Never got 2 of them open. We had to leave the other drawers open the whole time. It is a great location and the staff very friendly. It was also clean. They didn’t have another unit to try, perhaps other beds were better. We were in 18. If the accommodations were better would have rated higher but giving up 3 days of vacation is pretty bad.

The location is great. The beach is quiet. The people are friendly. We plan on returning because it is the best Resort we have ever stayed at.

This location was great for us as we visited Martha’s Vineyard, Cape cod National seashore and Nantucket. Close to the ferries. Plenty of options for restaurants and stores. The unit was very clean. The view was better from the second floor but the stairs access was laid out very well. The mattress was not to our satisfaction.

Our 2 bedroom was very cute and comfortable. We have returned many times! We especially love the enclosed pool, and the beach with a few of the ships coming in and out of Lewis Bay.

Our stay at Colonial Acres in West Yarmouth was great. The location is near the island ferries and other interesting places to visit. Our unit was cozy and clean -- perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the activities provided on site in the Craft Room. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a nice plus for our chilly week.

Rented from someone who owns the timeshare. This is a small unit on the second floor stating it sleeps four. The bedroom with queen bed was nice and the bed was very comfortable. If you use the pull out couch, there is no room to move around, you have to move furniture to make room. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, and could not be slept on. I asked for mattress topper, and after talking to three different people, I received one and it was a little better. The wooden porch rail near my end unit was broken and my grandkids could have easily fallen over. I almost fell over while shaking out my towel. The maintenance guy fixed it.

We stayed In the 2 bedroom cottage. It was a great size condo and extremely close to colonial acres beach, we loved it here and would definitely come again.It was nice having a grill right outside our door.

Lovely 1 bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Carol and Trish were helpful and kind. Maids offered clean towels and removed trash everyday. Fun indoor pool . I will be staying here in the future.

Very clean, great location, staff is wonderful, pleasant, accommodating and helpful! There are not too many places on Cape that will change out your towels every day, if you want them to. Thank you everyone! Maureen
