Dusty and needs to be renovated. Booking includes 2 great breakfast but not provided due to slow season

When I booked this hotel it says includes great breakfast but does not available in the morning, dusty and needs to be renovated.

The location is great and close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. Breakfast is average. The room condition is bad, it smells and needs a good maintenance to fill the holes in the walls and the cracks between the wall and the bathtub.

I don’t really recommend this hotel. I had no other option because West Yellowstone was booked solid. The place is relatively clean, but so old I can’t tell if something is old or dirty. The young man at the front desk is a true *******. We were two hours early for check-in, and all his rooms were available, but he told me to return. I thought that was no way to treat travelers after being on the road for hours. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again, unless of course, there’s no other options.

Such a nice stay in Yellow Stone. The hotel located in the small town of west entrance of yellow stone national park, 5 minutes driving to the entrance. The hotel is featuring its cute Buffalo 🦬 mascot and special decorations. Meanwhile the warm and hot and hand-made breakfast is definitely a great comfort to travelers. Will book again if coming next time😍

Most people who go to Yellowstone Park will choose West Yellowstone Town, which is indeed very convenient. We strolled through the North Gate and the Northeast Gate, and the South Gate was closed for half a day due to snow. No matter whether the weather is good or not, it is reliable to stay at the West Gate, and it is convenient to eat and refuel. This hotel has many rooms. Although the breakfast is exactly the same every day, it is good to be full. And there is a laundry room in the backyard. Although the washing machine is 2 dollars + the dryer is 2 dollars + the washing powder is 1 dollar = 5 dollars per wash, you can wash a lot at a time. It is cold here and thick clothes are worn, so it is still very convenient to wash. The room is also big enough, the bed is soft enough and I am quite used to it. It is good to stay for 3 days, but the shower water is not big.

Conveniently located in the western part of Yellowstone, adjacent to the park. The staff is friendly and the accommodation is old, but there are no inconveniences in using it. However, there is a smell of sewage from the sink. Breakfast was okay, but only 2 people were allowed in a 3-person accommodation, and the staff served the food themselves, so dining was limited and I was worried about whether I should tip.

The hotel room includes breakfast. There are large supermarkets and gas stations nearby, which is very suitable for self-driving. The hotel price is not high. It is a hotel with a good value for money during this trip to Yellowstone. The service girl distributes the breakfast during the buffet, not completely self-service. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is good. Worth recommending
