Novotel Perth Murray Street

Location is great and rooms are clean but the design is slightly dated.

Location is good . Water are from dispenser they do give free flow of sparkling water and distilled water fill it in your own flask .room was big

Seamless check in & front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast spread is awesome & walking distance to malls and train station.

The location is near Perth station, walkable distance. There were a lot of night life activities around the hotel. The room we stayed was clean. However I had to call them to get them to make up the room when I came back at 3pm in the afternoon which I was quite surprised. They were very prompt in responding and finishing it. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying here

The hotel had a standout positive feature: the water station in the lobby, which was a brilliant idea and added a refreshing touch for guests. Additionally, the valet service was consistently efficient, with quick pick-ups each time we needed the car. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and housekeeping was often delayed, sometimes only completing their service between 2-3 pm. The bed was also uncomfortable and could benefit from an upgrade to improve guests' overall sleep quality.

This is the worst novotel we have ever stayed in. We could say there is no housekeeping at all and the cleaniness is in doubt. The housekeeping department seems under-staffing and they did the housekeeping at 11:30pm which loudly affected our rest. Also, they only changed the towels but not doing other types of cleaning eg floor vaccuming so we could always found hair and dust in our room and toilet. The wall is not too sound-proofing, can hear anyone talking or housekeeping staff working in the corridor. Besides, there is totally no view from our room, there is a building in front which block our view fully. Avoid this hotel if you are in Perth. Not sure why the rating is so high.

Our first hotel 🏨 as soon as we touched down. It was great as the staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Initially we have two separate bookings due to the change of our travel itinerary. Without any delay, one of the staff, helped us to combined them together without having us to do another round of checking in/out. The breakfast was good too. Many varieties for us to choose and suitable for toddler.

Location was within walking distance to the shopping area. Room was nice and clean. However, front counter service was a little slow.

Very poor hotel service! I requested an extra bed in my Executive room and they did not provide one until the very next day (so I ended up sleeping in the sofa instead). For the record, I did email them to remind about my request, I called the hotel front desk right after I landed Perth, and I even asked the guy again in the front desk when I check in. And they never deliver it! The room was never properly cleaned, soap is not refilled, and no laundry bags are given. Overall, very disappointed
