Hampton Inn Cleveland/Westlake

The microwave didn't work The tv didn't work I was told Sunday the tv didn't work because of weather On Monday I was told the same thing It was sunny but cold on Monday and light snow on Sunday. Never sent anyone to fix it The breakfast was terrible and the lady working the breakfast area was rude The bed was comfortable but the room was tiny

A little dated but they’re upgrading it currently. Still very clean. Staff is very nice.

Hotel is old & needs renovation. There is no paper handkies on shelf at breakfast

Breakfast was fine- they could space it out a bit better. All the hot items were placed in one corner so there was always a rush in one corner. The room was bad - our toilet wasn’t working properly- the water kept running. We told the front desk but non one came to fix it. We had to keep fixing it ourselves. We had multiple rooms and one of the rooms has bed bugs in it.

It was a good experience. The rooms were a bit small and the breakfast was very busy, but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I don't eat breakfast but it appeared okay Would like for morning front desk help to be more courteous.

Friendly staff. We just stopped overnight on our way to our destination and did not use the amenities. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

The young man, Jefferson who greeted us and checked us in was very pleasant. Room was great, hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good
