No elevators, small bath towels, no remote for the tv, no clock in the room, part of the door lock was broken, no lock for the bathroom door, and bathtub was stained and slippery.

Bathroom floor and tile coving was quite dirty. Towels tiny. Bed squeeky. Desk worn out with holes that were spackled. Slept ok. Inexpensive, for a reason. Coffee, but no breakfast. Location was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Just so so.

The room had dog hair on the furniture, the floor and tub wasn't cleaned and had i not got the room through an app i wouldnt have stayed. There was a terrible storm here which is why i needed to stay in a hotel so i expected the cable to be out for a couple of hours but i was never informed if it came on nor did i ever get a working remote. It was a total insult for them to charge me an extra $8 because im handicap and it was no one there!

Room was updated, clean, and staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. I was asked about preference of room on 1st or 2nd floor since it wasn’t too busy. I thought that was an extremely kind gesture from staff.
