"Convenient location, particularly if you're going to the Cleveland Clinic or Sawgrass Mills mall as the hotel shuttle goes to both locations. Room cleaning during the stay was generally subpar...had to give very specific instructions on what a cleaned room meant or it wasn't done (e g. Please make the bed, vacuum, leave a trash bag behind when emptying the bin...)."

"The facilities are relatively old but the sanitation is OK, the room is also very large, the only fly in the ointment is that the elevator next door has been renovated during our stay, and we have been drilling from 8 am to 6 pm. We communicated with the manager and agreed to change the room for us. Service attitude can be, It was a lack of consideration to arrange a room for us at the beginning."

"The staff were unfriendly and the advertisement was misleading. My daughter put her credit card on file for incidentals and it was charged multiple times. The hotel did reimburse her but it should have never happened.
Instead of being apologetic about things, they were unfriendly. I will not stay again."

"There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel when we stayed there but the rooms themselves were large and spacious. Everything that you need was there in the room or at the hotel. I like the split rooms where the couches and sitting area were separated from the bed and sleeping area. I would definitely recommend staying there and can imagine it will be even much better when they are done with the remodeling. "
