The lights in both single beds were not working, and despite my repeated calls to the technician for two consecutive days, nobody came to fix them. Throughout my five-night stay, the room was only vacuumed twice, despite the fact that there was hair scattered around, particularly in the toilets. Additionally, there were visible marks on the floor from spills caused by children.
The person responsible for cleaning used dishwashing detergent in the dishwasher, resulting in an excessive amount of foam overflowing from the machine and creating bubbles leaks in the kitchen floor.

Various facilities are relatively complete, and the staff's service attitude is very good. It's a bit of a walk, but the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

We love the Delta for location and we appreciate the washer/dryer in room for ski clothes. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were great.
We were disappointed the there were issues with the pool and hot tubs during our stay. We used them a couple times. But a few days they weren’t heated and we couldn’t use them.

We waited for over 30 min to check in because of long lineups…. had to park illegally in order to get somewhere close to the entrance for valet parking. One ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work and the front desk staff had no idea that there was only one. Room staff knew it was broken but didn’t offer to fetch any. After 20 minutes of running around and 1 hr of waiting for an ice delivery…we checked out.
Hallways stunk…waited ages for an elevator and finally took the stairs. Not worth $2,200 for a 2 bedroom suite for ONE NIGHT!
They even charge for morning coffee! This was a Christmas bucket list trip. Terrible!!
