Helpful and friendly desk employees. Great rates. Easy access, egress, and parking. Pet friendly. Breakfast as would be expected for the facilities. Especially liked the hot soup available for evening arrival.

Service at desk was great.
Room was dirty. Bed skirts and linens stained.
Bathroom walls dirty.
Curtains and cushion at window stained.
Breakfast bare minimum.
Room needs a thorough cleaning.

We arrived on a cold and rainy fall night. We were warmly greeted by the desk personnel. There was hot soup, warm cookies and drinks that were offered to visitors. It was wonderful to have a hot meal and not to have to leave the hotel.

Tv didn’t work at first and side parking outside door - key worked periodically which was a little frustrating. Loved a first floor, end of hall room.

Shower no pressure, fridge frozen over, had to wait 20 min. to get milk for off brand cereal. Breakfast supposed to be 6 to 9 At 6:30 nothing ready.

The manager on duty was very nice. Even assisted my daughter and I in the room with the tv ( we could not get it to work). The rooms were clean. The location of hotel was excellent since within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping.
