A lovely new hotel with a kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mix and full fridge. The best part was the customer service! When we couldn’t get an Uber the fella in charge gave us a ride back and forth to downtown for supper! Great guy who provided a very appreciated ride!! Thanks again!!

Great base for GNP and surrounding sites! As a rewards member, I always try to find the most convenient Marriott, and this was an excellent choice. The hotel looks newer, and our room was exceptionally clean and spacious with a kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections and ample seating. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season, but the area was very nice. There’s also a fire pit and cornhole to play. We also saw a shuttle out front but not sure where it goes. My only minor complaint is not getting a room on the top floor, which I always request and always get. The hotel was definitely not full by any means, so as a Gold member I don’t understand why this request could not have been honored. The people in the room above us were either rearranging furniture or bowling! Overall, this is a very nice hotel with clean rooms, great breakfast, and convenient location…about 20-25 minutes to GNP and 5 minutes to downtown Whitefish. Next visit to the area, this is my top choice.

Base hotel for a couple days while exploring Glacier National Park and area. Newer hotel in a growing area about a mile from very cool downtown Whitefish. Some construction going on across the street (condos?) but not much bother. Hotel is very clean, easy parking and check-in. Near lots of grocery and other shopping. Safe area. I stay at Marriott's almost exclusively for business travel and first time at this concept (TownPlace Suites). Very impressed with room layout. Don't cook but nice having a larger fridge for stuff. Bed and bath well laid out with walk-in shower and large closet. Good sofa and work area in the room. Very impressed with this location and will plan to stay here again. Reasonable price compared to other hotels. Convenient to GNP without the higher prices staying closer.

The room looks over the back parking lot. We had fun watching the corn hole games! The room has a king bed, nice options for the kitchen, full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a nice pull out table. The room was spotless. We only had one problem with the people upstairs (I am guessing it was children) thumping repeatedly with what sounded like people jumping from bed to bed until 10:30 at night. The noise stopped after we called the front desk and the thumping restarted at 7 the next morning. The breakfast area was big and they had two different options for hot items each day. I was happy to see non-fat milk options in the beverage area. The hotel is great for families as we saw lots of play with the pool, corn hole and ping pong tables all getting good use. They had bicycles at the front as well.

This hotel has so much potential. It would quite possibly be one of the nicest Towneplace Suites in the country, if the owner had taken the time to think through all of the details, instead of just some. I feel that this place is ultimately a failure of an extended stay hotel. So many things were done right here: Massive guest rooms with wide open spaces, great appliances, excellent housekeeping, wall-mounted TVs leaving plenty of open table surface area, wide-opening closet doors, rubber bumpers on the door casings, weighted paper towel stand, opening windows, independent climate control, full-height mirror and coat hooks right by the door, large entry area, front desk handing out a paper with hotel info upon check-in, abundant USB charging ports, beautiful and inviting hallways, and the list goes on. The unfortunate part of this place is that it was not only substantially classed-down, but also made impractical as an extended stay hotel, by some (in my opinion) very poor decisions by the owner(s): 1.) Music was playing in all of the main areas of the hotel, including outside. For any hotel that has the audacity to assume that all of their guests want to listen to music, the decent thing to do is to play light instrumental music. This place doesn’t do that - they’re playing the average toxic, lyrical music, in all of the main areas - even outside - at all hours of the day and night. This made our experience of check-in and getting to our room stressful and unwelcome-feeling, like walking into a grocery store. It also deterred us from using the pool, or going to the front desk for any reason. A distinctly negative impact on what could otherwise be a very beautiful and classy hotel atmosphere. 2.) Televisions were turned on and playing audible content when we entered our guest room. I unplugged them so quickly, I don’t even know what it was. Ads for movies, or TV shows? Doesn’t matter. When I enter my guest room, I want a peaceful and quiet environment. Another surprising down-classing choice. 3.) No shower curtain, no shower door - just a glass partition wall that goes halfway across. This seems to be a growing trend, and I can’t imagine why. Sure, it “looks” elegant. Maybe when new guests walk in and see it, they say “oh wow”. However, the reality of living with this impractical design, day-to-day, is a bathroom floor that’s constantly wet and slimy, and bath mats that become fully saturated with water and soap every time someone takes a shower. It’s inevitable: water splashes out onto the floor and surrounding area (no matter how the shower head is angled), which means that soap and shampoo does, too. We’re 2 people, and we used 6 bath towels and a bath mat during just our first 24 hours here. Our 3-day count was 12 towels and 8 bath mats. We’ve gone week-long stays at places with normal showers, using the same 2 towels and 1 bath mat. So impractical as an extended stay hotel. Housekeeping comes every 7 days, and our floor was slimy, stic

Stayed here for our first visit to Glacier NPS. It was okay. As Ambassador elite, my expectations were a tad higher. On check-in, had to request a bunch of stuff for kitchen use; bathtub smelled like urine, "clean" plates and firks in dishwasher had crusts stuck, and trash can in living area had a used condom 😳 That being said, Rhona and her husband did bring up requested items and Rhona was very helpful. Jason was also very pleasant and accomodating if requests. We pretty much cooked for the most part of our stay and loved having a kitchen. Ended up buying some kitchen utensils and pizza pan and left it for next occupant. Has room to improve especially for prices they publish.

This place has more of an elegant hotel feel. Not your budget travelers only feel. I spend over 100 nights a year and this place is not like any other Towne Place Suites I stay in. Lots of exterior & interior upgrades, wider hallways, large parking area, and newer construction makes this a must stay when in the region!

Well kept property. Great location right off the hwy for easy access to Kalispell and Glacier Park. Can walk to downtown Whitefish! Offers courtesy airport shuttle service and really nice complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff is friendly and the main lobby area offers lots of different spaces to eat, play games, read, hang out, etc. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.
