We have visited here twice for a week at a time.. great place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lodge in a beautiful area of the country. Amazing place.

One amazing Lodge on all levels. The staff are fast and friendly, the lodge has lots of detail to take in. It’s super clean and extremely comfortable. Couldn’t ask to stay at a better place.. I highly recommend to anyone!

The facility is always impressive with cleanliness and organization and well kept. There are many staff members who are there to make sure things are well.
I can't recall staying at a hotel that didn't offer any type of breakfast, but with the restaurant on site I can see why. The hot tub was not much warmer than the pool so hopefully facilities will take care of that soon.
Otherwise it's a great stay right on the waters of Whitefish Lake and in the shadows of Big Mountain, aka Whitefish mountain Resort.

Very well kept luxury get away. Our room was large and cozy. The bed was super comfortable the hot tub was great as well as a state of the art gym!

We had a great visit, except for one evening in the Boat House restaurant Matre'D. We were ignored for over 5 mins.

Property was clean, staff was amazing and friendly. Big kudos to housekeeping staff, they were great!
I dont recommend the building not connected to main area, looks creepy and nobody was there, i felt like i was in the shining movie. I changed to the main building for a upcharge, had a partial lake view but it was more a parking lot view. Natasha in concierge went out of her way to help us find activities, and the young woman at the barista was super friendly.
Great place i had a wonderful time, i would def go again.

Only one elevator working and not in a convenient location. Desk staff unwilling to accommodate any sp coal requests. Overall disappointing so left a day early.

Beautiful location, but the hotel is rundown. We were disappointed. It did not feel like a luxury resort hotel at all. Will not stay here again.
