Best Western Plus Wichita West Airport Inn

The location and price were my main considerations. For the price, this was a very good property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's very close to the airport. The amenities are surprising given the price (pool, workout area, nice lobby). The room was comfortable and met my needs. I would stay here again.

Nice. Clean room. The hotel is easy to get to. I was disappointed in the breakfast on friday morning - they were out of everything. This was much better the next day.

Shower wall was broken upon check-in, but notified staff and they said they wouldn't charge me. Very nice staff. However, I was charged for two rooms when the receptionist took the other occupant's debit card to charge for their room. I told her I was charged twice and she assured me I wasn't... bank statement says otherwise.

The room was clean but there was no soap for bathing. Breakfast was sub par— hot food was cold—a toaster but no bread, bagels etc.not up to quality of other best westerns.

This is a clean and quiet hotel. Needed a place to stay while a family member had an extended stay at the hospital. Rates were affordable and it is easy to get back and forth to Wesley Medical Center. Parking is well lit and the area felt relatively safe given we were traveling back and forth early in the morning and late at night.

This is a good hotel. Its clean, quiet and I felt safe. It has a full breakfast, which I appreciate. I'd stay here again

The worst! Rude customer service! Dirty. In a ghetto area and do not follow ADA federal and state laws. They have been fined after I filed a complaint.

The room was clean, the hotel was a bit dated but also clean. The free hot breakfast was also good. The front desk was friendly but it appeared they weren't trained well and kept struggling to do basic things like room keys and getting us an iron we waited 12 hours for, the lady at the front desk had been there for 17 hours that we could verify screaming that they were overworked and understaffed. It wasn't the normal Best Western standard unfortunately but certainly good enough for a weekend stay no more than I was there

Great place to stay. It was nice to have hot breakfast every morning. My only complaint is that the gravy for the biscuits wasn’t out the first two mornings. On the third morning, I went down at 7, instead of 6:15-6:30, and it was there. All of the food was good, though, and there was a great variety.
