Room was at end of the hallway and the freeway noise was very intrusive. Did not have a good sleep due to this.

The hotel is Is in a great location. We have stayed there many times. Lately you can tell the hotel is not get the up keep it should. Rooms and bedding are clean but pillows are horrible. The heating vents are so loud and the toilet kept running through out the night. Getting worse and worse everytime

This property is located close to the airport, not at the airport. Did not see a shuttle. Requested room with fridge & microwave, only had a fridge. We were traveling with a uhaul and had to park in the back but the back doors of the property were broken!! So had to walk all the way around. Staff-great. Room-dated but ok, no microwave as requested. Upset about the back door situation.

The location and price were my main considerations. For the price, this was a very good property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's very close to the airport. The amenities are surprising given the price (pool, workout area, nice lobby). The room was comfortable and met my needs. I would stay here again.

Nice. Clean room. The hotel is easy to get to. I was disappointed in the breakfast on friday morning - they were out of everything. This was much better the next day.

Shower wall was broken upon check-in, but notified staff and they said they wouldn't charge me. Very nice staff. However, I was charged for two rooms when the receptionist took the other occupant's debit card to charge for their room. I told her I was charged twice and she assured me I wasn't... bank statement says otherwise.

The room was clean but there was no soap for bathing. Breakfast was sub par— hot food was cold—a toaster but no bread, bagels etc.not up to quality of other best westerns.

This is a clean and quiet hotel. Needed a place to stay while a family member had an extended stay at the hospital. Rates were affordable and it is easy to get back and forth to Wesley Medical Center. Parking is well lit and the area felt relatively safe given we were traveling back and forth early in the morning and late at night.
