Best Western Plus Wichita West Airport Inn

This is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but the entire hotel wreaks of smoke. The breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold. The room was dirty and looked broken down. Some trim needed repair.

Breakfast was meh, room was ok. Toilet handle was broken. Front desk person Delta was awesome!! Parking fine

Staff member was extremely helpful with dinner suggestions. Everyone loved it. She was busy but never got flustered and was so kind.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I always enjoy the breakfast! the staff is friendly and helpful. This has become my favorite place to stay when I visit Wichita. It's clean and the beds are very comfortable. I also like it because it's not too pricy.

Just needed a place to sleep briefly while driving from Wyoming to MS. Nice spot. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff. Delta at the front desk was super Duper nice and welcoming. She accommodated me with the issue that we had at checking in and she made me feel comfortable as if I were family. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower had just the right amount of pressure. The housekeepers were very accommodating with offering me towels and toiletries. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was super delicious. The homemade biscuits was the cherry on top the waffle maker machine was a nice added touch. Overall, my entire day was excellent to say the least. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated, but that’s not really something that affects me in anyway I do wish they had a laundry room. They had a nice little gym and there’s a gasoline station right behind the hotel so if you need anything, it’s just a short walk away also inside the hotel they do have a mini snack bar so that’s super convenient . In conclusion, I rate it a 10 out of 10.

This place is terrific!! Facility is wonderful, staff is excellent, and there are stores and restaurants just around the corner. I would highly recommend staying there!

Room was at end of the hallway and the freeway noise was very intrusive. Did not have a good sleep due to this.

The hotel is Is in a great location. We have stayed there many times. Lately you can tell the hotel is not get the up keep it should. Rooms and bedding are clean but pillows are horrible. The heating vents are so loud and the toilet kept running through out the night. Getting worse and worse everytime
