Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport by IHG

Was greater in the hall way by a female staff member, perhaps house keeping. She was kind and a very pleasant person who asked about our stay, needs, etc - unprompted, just out of genuine care. Did not get her name but she was middle aged, long hair and perhaps of mixed Caucasian and Hispanic heritage? Interaction was Saturday morning (around 9 a.m). Wish I had gotten her name as she is deserving of compliments as an employee.

The stay was good the ac was really loud at night the egg inlets were burnt and dry the staff great

Complimentary breakfast was well prepared and organized. Vicky was very professional and friendly. It was apparent that she was dedicated to providing her best service for the guests to have an enjoyable experience.

It was okay. A small “dancer” and drink place literally next door and heard all the noise at night which woke me up a couple times.

Traveling with my family for a wedding. We found the location to great for near by dining options and shopping. Staff was friendly but parking can be a challenge.

Property was clean, greeted right when we got in the doors. Room was clean

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was located within 10 minutes

Clean room but heat was not yet connected to the wall thermostat. Excessive heat couldn’t be regulated. Staff was friendly and helpful

We chose this hotel because it was near the location of an event we attended. The room was modern, comfy, and clean. The noise from the airport was a little distracting, but not enough to make us not want to stay again.
