Everything was great except no hot showers.

I have stayed at this property several times before and had no problems. However, I was very disappointed in my stay this time. In our first room the tv didn’t work so I called the front desk. 2 hours later they finally came and fixed it. My sheets on my bed had several holes in it. Then we went to get the sofa ready for bed there were crumbs all over the sofa (very obviously had not been cleaned). The cushion had some kind of white powder on it. I asked to be moved to a new room. We were moved. The next morning when my family went to take showers there was no hot water!! When I checked out I asked for a refund due to all of these problems and did not get a refund. And was informed they were very aware about the no hot water as they had been having hot water heater problems for several days. I should have been informed of this when I checked in and been offered to have my money returned so I could find a different hotel. Very disappointed in my stay and disappointed they didn’t return my money like they needed to!!

Not great condition. Water damage on drywall, broken door on closet, phone missing buttons and unusable, water barley warm.

The bed caved in to the middle of the bed. The shower had no hot water. The light switch in the bathroom did not switch easily.

while the staff was very friendly and the facilities clean, a lack of hot water in the morning is not the way to start a day.

This turned out to be a nightmare. I woke up the morning of my travel to an email from the hotel saying their system messed up and double booked rooms for people booking through ********** or *******. So they had transferred me to another hotel that I did not want. I was traveling with a group and was separated as a result. Nightmare. If I can't rely on a reservation then why should I bother in the first place?

Staff was friendly and helpful! This hotel is a smaller one. Three levels. My room was a small suite with refrigerator, sink, 2 burner flat top stove. Perfect size room for 1 or 2 people. Easy access to get to the hotel. It is close to the hwy. Bring your sound machine. Also had breakfast in the morning, didn’t take advantage of. I would stay there again.
