Comfort Inn East

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly as well. I would stay again.

This Comfort Inn is always clean and neat. I have stayed here many times. The front desk is efficient and helpful. They have a beautiful indoor pool. And a nice breakfast is offered. They also continually offer great rates for this area.

Our daughter is in ICU at Wesley. We were always in and out due to her condition. Breakfast was usually skimpy as last users. Eggs were dried out most of the time. One of the guests stole my Vietnam Veterans hat after I left it unattended for a few minutes. Other guests that used the pool were extremely noisy in the hallways.

Front desk seemed a little less than pleased that we asked for $ 10:00 in $1's for the vending machines, but when a small bag of chips are $2.50 and a bottle of pop is $ 3.50 ........ well. Slept poorly on the foam mattress and lastly after we had gotten into bed we thought it would be a good idea to have a wakeup call so we wouldn't miss our scheduled 7:00 am appt. for a procedure at the hospital. When my wife brought the receiver of the phone to her ear it was silent . Upon further investigation it was discovered the phone was completely absent of wire connecting it to the wall. We were both tired from driving 100 miles to get so neither one of us bothered to go to the front desk that night. Just relied on and hoping my understanding of the alarm clock instructions were correct. More than likely won't be staying at a Comfort Inn again.

Clean room. Very friendly and respectful of my privacy. I enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back!

The staff was great. Made the check in and check out process easy. No issues from the hotel itself, just from the kids who had a room above mine jumping up and down all night making it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean. However the sidewalk and parking lot was covered with frozen snow and ice. Highly recommend adhering to snow removal guidelines for safety precautions.

Wasn’t expecting what I seen in the online pictures dirty, Not clean place smelling horrible so ghetto couldn’t get my refund back don’t recommend people to stay there! Horrible!!!!
