Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - Airport

I mean its a col place to take a gal or kick it by yourself but I wouldn't take family or children there. It's got a laundry mat, and it's like entering the west side, but it's so secluded. Hard to find and not friendly to delivery peopke.

Couldn't even check in appears they don't take chime cards but didn't bother to say anything when I called to confirm my reservation and to pay over the phone said they don't take payments over the phone and don't accept cash either very other extended stay I have ever stayed at accepted chime cards or cash

Everything was good overall. The only problem I had was with the shower. It was difficult getting the faucet to switch to the shower when pulling up on the plunger, but I got a decent shower. It’s just worn out and needs to be replaced. I let the manager know and she said she’d make it right next time I stay.

Horrible absolutely awful. No bathroom door knob, bugs soon as we walked in. It was 8 hours till our flight , I would rather sleep in the airport.

The staff was pretty friendly & helpful!!! The rooms were clean & it was close 2 alot of different restaurants!!!

First room they gave me had someone in it. Second room they gave me the door wouldn’t lock. The front desk lady said she was going to compensate me for a night for the issues I ran into and I didn’t get compensation. Then I tried checking out early and I asked if I could get a refund from the nights and they said yes so the time comes and I call to check out and they let me know I couldn’t do that.

Nice staff. The room was incredibly spartan and empty, but seemed fairly clean. Thin walls, could hear every neighbor moving and talking. Someone had their tv on all night.

The room was not cleaned after my first day and there were no dishes or utensils available. VERY Spartan to say the least!

We arrived to check in and all went well. We got to our room and the air wasn’t working well and there was salt on stove part. We asked if there was another room and the front office acted a little irritated that I wanted to switch. We had to take a smoking level and yes it smelled Smokey as expected but the room wasn’t. The tv only showed black screen unless hooked up to Hulu. Also had to reuse towels cause office wasn’t open to get any
