Room next door had a baby or young child that cried all night long. I did not sleep. Not really your fault although better sound proofing might have helped.

Bathroom wasn't clean. Tub had mold and trash was left on the floor. The floor under a small table was filthy and sticky. Really made you wonder about the rest of the room.

Night desk person was a bit surly and very short about answering questions. One of the reading lamps was out. Breakfast people were friendly and accommodating. Very hard to get a paper copy of the bill.

Had to go out of the way to ask for new towels and things, stayed there for 3 days staff never checked in to ask if we needed anything or come in to clean like they say they do.
