Beds are not very good nor the pillows.
Front desk check in took hours. They are very understaffed. One check in associate when there were 10 people on line

Nice physical plant and comfortable well-designed room. Service was slow and inattentive throughout the hotel (front desk (failed to call a requested taxi to airport), bellman (did not secure checked luggage), waiters and waitresses (consistently very slow, eg 5 minute wait for a spoon at dinner). Two of three restaurants were mediocre. After first night, we ate dinner in Willemstad…

Loved everything!! The hotel , the staff , front desk , all restaurants, the pool , the beach, the bars. The porters outside! Loved my spa massage! Enjoyed the view and the wheather. Overall was very happy. Thanks to all.

The staff were all wonderful, especially Fernando as bartender, Mary at C-Spice for breakfast and Rachel as supervisor of food and Noel as one of our servers. Loved all the food and drinks at the Salty Iguana.
The property is beautiful, second to none on the island. Would highly recommend it to friends.

The bar and beath bar have excellent food. The main restaurant Cspice has a small and repetitive menu. The island has many impressive and good restaurants.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious room. Nice amenities. Excellent customer services from all staff. Nice pool. Love the snorkeling in front of the hotel. Saw many fishes. The only downside is the limited dinning options. You need a car or pay $25 taxi one way to ho into town.

a. the beach is little rocky, so we bought water shoes (then fully enjoyed the beach)
b. there was no fountain where we could wash out sand after beach before entering our site of the hotel...
