Was disappointed in the breakfast options. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the jacuzzi.

It is a hotel in very poor condition, it needs maintenance, and the building does not have sound insulation, so noise from other rooms is heard. The breakfast is basic, it could improve.

Planned a quick trip to enjoy a snow day, Came back to our room It was extremely clean. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax and warm up. We will be staying here again

Property would be better if non smoking was enforced. Stinks of tobacco smoke. Very close proximity to take away food and central williams. Parking outside. Room worn but clean and tidy. Noise from upstairs as floor seems to be timber.

Very friendly staff enjoyed our one-night stay in Williams seeing the lights and all the Christmas festivities. My son and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and heated pool

Everything was fine. Have stayed there before.
The young lady at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. We come for the snow tubing and will stay again.

The beds were not true queens and were very stiff. The bathroom is smaller then the pictures show. Our card was not set to the full stay and we had to get new cards for our last day. When we spoke to management about the beds, he argued that the frame was a queen so the matress was a queen. We messured the beds with the manager and showed it measured closer to a double. No discount or credit was offered. The side entrance had tape over the lock, allowing anyone in. Be sure to bring water, as they charge $3 per bottle, and they dont give change. They also advertise they are the closest to the grand canyon.... there are 5 other hotels closer, 3 of which are 30 miles closer! Full of lies and deception. I would recomend a super 8 over this hotel.
