Staying in a one-room apartment was such a happiness to us and made our day. We arrived after the manager left office for home, but he/she took care to pass the door key and intructions to us, so we got into the room without trouble. Located in the outside of Williams makes the environment quite and we slept well.

This is a very interesting motel with many car culture elements. The rooms are also in the style of old-fashioned cabins, making for a very comfortable stay. It's also convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon the next day, as it's located on Route 66.

No bathtub, but considering the location it doesn't bother me, and the staff are always smiling.

Our room looked to have been painted by a child, there was a large hole that was just plastered over, concaved in and cracked, the shower curtain was yellow/orange at the bottom, the toilet quit working on check-out morning, we killed 6 spiders in the 2 nights we stayed, we had to let staff in to go through the adjoining room door (that didnt lock and was held shut by a table and chair) to the next room 3 times so the batteries in the door could be changed (on Valentines night) the shower was barely big enough for my petite self, possible black mold painted over where the shower head was. The staff was very nice, but this place desperately needs some renovations. We don't mind staying at older places, our usual place happened to be under renovations and riggednight)

There is no sound insulation at all from the room beside. If your neighbor guest make any sound you can hear very clearly!

The pictures of this hotel are not accurate at all. When we arrived, what we saw is NOT what is pictured. I will say that yes it was in December so everything is dead, and muddy but it is very run down looking. We circled the RV part and they ONLY people staying there looked terrified and had the same thought we did on their faces. It was by far the cheapest in the area, we were passing through for 1 night and not able to tent camp because of the weather, we had already paid otherwise honestly we would of left and kept driving. The girl at check-in was super nice, but there is no one that stays and there is no number to call incase something happens, you're pretty much on your own (we did call the number listed but no answer). The heater in our room did not work, it kept giving a check filter alert so hey we checked the filter and I am pretty sure it was from 2003. It was 32 degrees outside and extremely windy. The hotel room in general was pretty clean, it smelled very strong of pine sol that never went away. The beds just have normal sheets on them however there are two heavy blankets in the room, both of which were not clean but we had no choice. The bathroom was old and decently cleaned. We just didn't feel safe with kids at all.

The room was clean, the bed not comfortable felt refurbished lumpy and falling off to the edges. the worst was the lack of hot water for a shower in the morning and its winter.

My son was bitten by wild cat within moments we checked in. We had to rush to get various vaccinations for him. Hotel provided no help and offer no support.
