The Lodge on Route 66

Good Location that puts most things within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. My son loved the waffles for breakfast

The location was perfect for walking to all the unique shops and restaurants. We had a queen suite which was comfy and quiet. The room had a very comfortable bed and it was all quite charming. We would definitely come back.

This place was very cute. I thought maybe it would be noisy, but it was very quiet. It was quieter than being in a hotel. I also have to say that the beds were so comfortable. We got some good sleep! Breakfast was good too!

Rooms have quality western details and decor. Comfy beds. The girl that checked us in was not very interested in her job. Parking right at your door, hopefully. Cute town. Good location on the main street. Price can vary dramatically from week to week. Cute breakfast room and gift shop. No one around at the breakfast or in the shop if you wanted to buy something. If the rate is low enough it's worth the stay, but maybe not for the higher rate they want for holidays or whatever.

The unexpected stay in Williams ended up being our favorite part of the trip. The Lodge is centered along the main strip and is walking distance to everything. It has quaint throwback style to motels of what I remember from childhood but with the amenities of today's world. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. It was perfect for our evening stay before heading up to see the South Rim a little more than an hour away. They do offer a complimentary contemporary breakfast but we opted to go to another local place within walking distance.

There are a lot of lodging options in Williams! We read the reviews and decided on The Lodge on Route 66. Photos looked ok, and the website said it had been renovated so we booked a 2 queen room. Upon arrival, the hotel looked very well taken care of from the outside. We were greeted by a friendly employee who had our reservation immediately ready and check in went very quickly. She informed us that we had been given an upgrade, a nice surprise. Our suite was spacious, very clean and had thoughtful touches like the extra seating, two tv's, a separate bedroom, large bathroom with separate double sinks in addition to a very cute and functional kitchenette. For being a continental breakfast, there were many options available. There were outdoor tables as well. Overall very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always a good experience. The rates are good and breakfast is included. We will be back on our next visit.

This was basic but clean situated in a good position for Williams town . There was a problem when checking in for our 2 nights and 2 rooms but the hotel had held them for us and we charged again however we got on to travel agents and got refunded quickly. It was a short walk to station to get the train for the grand canyon and parking was outside your room . Breakfast average also but staff lovely. Nicer hotel further down street .

We had the fortune of staying at the Lodge over a weekend. The hotel staff nice and friendly folks. The suite was clean, tidy and well maintained. You can’t beat the location. It is about an hour or so drive to the Grand Canyon. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and attractions on Route 66 in Williams. If you are ever looking for a place to stay, this should be your first choice.
