Spark by Hilton Williamsburg Historic Area

Everything was good except for breakfast. For as much as we paid I was expecting hot food, nothing great but also not cold cereal and muffins.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location of hotel is convenient for the parks, resturants and shopping.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, no funny odors. No clogged drains—a rarity with most hotels these days. Shower didn't leak—another unusual but pleasant situation. Climate controls worked fine. Rooms have USB, USB-C, and wireless (inductive) charging stations, a first in my experience.

The hotel was clean and the room was fine, but there was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken, there were no drinking cups in to room. It was dog friendly, but it cost $75 per night for the dog whereas other hotels only charged $25/night. Breakfast was OK, albiet sparse but the coffee was poor.

Overall a great experience but night staff was not able to give us any towels because housekeeping didn’t leave extra for them at the desk. There were only 3 towels in a room booked for two adults and two children.

Spark is a nice mid level hotel. The rooms are small and hard to maneuver in. When we walked into the room the cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning chemicals on a side table that I did not notice at first, I don’t have a small child but if I did I would’ve been concerned. And our A/C rattled so loud it would wake me . Prolly won’t stay there again

It seems just renovated, very new and clean, good design and it has free HBO. The bed is very comfortable, we did have a good sleep and we missed the breakfast

the property met my needs. would have been nice to have outdoor open as it was very warm
