False advertisment about continental breakfast. The room has no coffee maker or bottled water. Do not expect to have a staff member in the front desk at all times. I would call it a bare minimum hotel.

Generally speaking a decent place. The rooms on the second floor seem to be of a higher quality than the rooms on the first level.

The check-in was smooth and friendly despite the late check-in. Thank you

Basic but good value for the money - if you're looking for a place to stay at a reasonable price and just need a good night's sleep, shower without any fancy high priced extras this is your place. TV was fine, in room frig, microwave and plenty of outlets to plug in your devices.

We stayed one night at this location. The room was really dirty. The floors had not been cleaned, the bathroom floor and bathtub had not been cleaned and the property in general was not maintained well at all. We were not expecting a luxury stay given the price but the uncleanliness was just unacceptable for any motel/hotel room no matter what it cost.

We booked a room for a quick stay for a 2 day Water Country trip and this was the worst possible place we could have chosen. The room was horrible. We originally asked for an early check in and was told that the room was not ready which was totally fine. It seems as if it was not ready when we checked in either. The microwave was not cleaned. It had old dried food in it and we could not put our things in the fridge as that and the freezer was also not cleaned. There was a hole in the wall where the smoke detector used to be and also the border of the wall was falling down. I opened the closet and there was a dirty spoon. The bathroom had an old suave shampoo wrapper in the shower. They could not switch rooms for us because it was fully booked. I’m not sure another room would have been any better. When we pulled out the sleep sofa, there was a few pieces of trash under it. It was just horrible and I would not recommend.

Property was adequate for one night and only to sleep. I wouldn't want to spend much time at this property other than for a place to sleep. For the price it was good.
