Staff was super nice, affordable price and clean room

Sadly the bathroom was a mess… cracked tiles, encrusted showehead, poor caulking. Great upgraded TV and clean comfortable bed. Overall a B-

Close to historical places is plus. Overall it was quiet. The attendant ( lady) who performed the check in was not friendly or professional. In the other hand the male guest was very friendly professional and polite. Strong smell of Clorox on bedding and towels. The texture of the towels was hard they need to purchased new ones. Room needed a little sweeps and bathroom is really small.

This was not the experience we thought we’d have, given the reviews from *******. Our family trip to Busch Gardens didn’t start off the best…. The rooms were not cleaned. We had two. One had live cockroaches the other, dead one. There were items from previous guests that were left behind due to POOR CLEANING. The rooms smelled like mildew and cigarette. The cleaners didn’t even remove the plastic cover from the smoke detectors from the previous guests. The only bright side was the extremely friendly staff when we checked in, the firm beds, soft sheets, and pillows. The couple cleaning were rude and mean. Not a hello or smile. Just dirty looks. Which is absolutely uncalled for.

Toilet was filthy. No soap near sink, dispenser was empty . Cigarette burns in one of the sheets . Bathtub was dirty . Breakfast was poor and not sanitary

Staff was great I believe his name was Chris super helpful. Room was clean everything meet expectations

Staff very helpful, room very clean, comfortable bed. Room needs to be painted and feeling refurbished.

Bad location/unsafe and filthy. Bugs, dirt, broken appliances. Breakfast was lacking selection and coffee machine was dirty.
