It was clean and had great features. Except our toilet wouldn’t flush and they couldn’t get someone in to fix it.

Medium rare
Well the woman at the front deck was busy knitting on the counter. Got our room, outside our room smelled like someone peed.
Never had lamented wood in a bathroom.
Refrig is too small to fit a gallon of water. Management thought how to make everything cheap. No light switches.
Pool was good and cleaning crew was friendly. Rooms cleaned.

OK hotel for the night
Fantastic girls at the check-in check-out, the AC sounded like a freight train butvthe family were to tired to bother. Just know this if you have problems with noise at night.
Room was pretty warn, but bed were good and clean. Good with games on the TV, kuds loved it!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but upon entering my room it smelled musty and bathroom had dust on vanity drawers and tub had enamel peeling off the sides and bottom. i asked for a wakeup call at 645am and didnt get it until after 655am
It is in a lovely location but i probably would not stay there again

My stay was 6 days, 5 nights. On day 2, I left the hotel at 2:15pm. Upon my return at 10:45pm, my bed was not made; the wastebaskets were not emptied; the dirty towels were not removed; clean towels were not provided. Everything was fine on days 3 & 4.
On day 5, I again left the hotel after 2:00pm. Upon return that evening, the room again looked as I had described above.
If the cleaning staff ONLY works between 10:00 and 12:00am on the floors (specifically the 4th floor), the customers ought to be told that fact at check-in time.
The rooms were lovely, clean and provided with appreciated amenities: hair dryer, iron & ironing board, coffee & coffee maker. But the “maid service” or info from the front desk needs improvement.
