Excellent, very clean facilities. Service was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Staff works really hard, despite of renovations going on, the place is accommodating. 3star hotel, you get what you ⁹

Not enjoyable at all !! Whole place was pretty dismal and then we went in the room. Stayed in Ibis a cpl times before nothing like this. Stains all over the place. Bathroom: Stains on walls adjacent to basin. Floor stains mainly around toilet. Bed head loose, fridge humming all night. Floors dusty and dirty. Glad we were out all day, got back late, slept, got up and left.. Worse thing is booked it for July REALLY need to speak to someone re changing our booking please. DO NOT WANT TO STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!

Although I knew it was a budget hotel, the cleanliness in the room really needed to be improved. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and some yellow stuff like boogers... I was really brave. I had to use a towel to cover the bed. In addition, I think a fan should be added. I personally think it is the most basic hotel equipment. If it is provided in the room, it should be borrowed from a public place. 😵💫My head is wet.

There's no microwave in the rooms and the rooms are much smaller than the pictures but despite these few problems everything else was a 100 percent

If you’re looking for a backpackers style motel with a cruise ship size room, this is your place. Very unkept/dirty on entry. Room hasn’t been cleaned properly in months. Too & what is considered bathroom was so small I think it would rival the cruise ship cheap room for size. The place needs a serious cleanup. Someone smoking in room across when we walked in just made it wonderful. Have to be careful with a hot shower to not set of the fire alarms… Thankful for simple late check in and clean sheets but that was the extent of the positives.

Excellent accommodation in all aspects of cleanness, comfort, and accessibility. I am going back at the end of this month.

The property was very convenient, the staff were okay. The room we stayed in was small, only room for a bed plus small bench style table. The bathroom was very small with an annoying shower curtain, and there was no shelf, etc to put your things on. Not enough room for 2 people to be in there at the same time. There was nothing to put your bag on in the room so it had to go on the floor and the side tables were the size of a hankerchief. No toilet brush available. No hand towels or washers and the body wash was not attached to the wall but sitting on the toilet.

Unsecure room check in procedures outside of manning hours - using a safe at the door which when opened anyone could get your room key. Very limited breakfast. Room was dirty: stains on bedding, dust everywhere, hairs in the mini fridge, and a sink which I wouldn't use for anything but spitting into...
