Fairfield Inn & Suites Hartford Airport Reviews

The hotel is dated and needs a good cleaning. Dusty walls above the bed. Somewhat shocking was the hair on the bathroom floor. The rooms are not very quiet as I could hear people over our room and next door talking. The alarm clock next door would wake me everyday. Needs new bedding and bathrooms need to be updated. Low water pressure made it challenging to shower. The furniture is beat up and dated. Renovation is required. Not the best choice for this area - there are numerous options available that will be a better hotel choice.

The room was pretty clean, but check-in was a bit slow. Strangely enough, I was charged an extra fee after check-out. It was just an okay experience overall.

Perfect location pre- and post- flight from BDL. Helpful front desk, hot/ cold breakfast options, GOOD coffee! Reasonably priced long- term parking and RELIABLE/RESPONSIVE airport shuttle.

The room was good.

Quaint location in Windsor Locks next to Ruby Tuesday’s and several restaurants. Service at reception (George) is very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities. A little gym and pool on the ground floor that are just enough to stay active and keep in shape. Would happily stay here again!
