Fairfield Inn & Suites Winnipeg

The hotel is location is perfect. Near airport, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed by the hotel's shuttle service, which came over 45 mins after I called them to ask for pick-up. The shuttle driver was also rude and didn't bother to offer helping me with my luggage until I asked. Aside from this, the property itself is clean and conveniently located, with excellent breakfast options.

Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, clean and spacious. Noted though the shower was cold a few mornings and need more plug/there was no usb plug ins.

Beds a little too firm, blackout shades didn’t completely work, slow check in process, great breakfast and clean room

Stayed here in the past, property is always clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and check in was quick and easy. Always a very comfortable stay, great hotel!

Breakfast menu was topped up regularly and had a great selection. Front desk was very friendly and considerate of our family.

Room was clean and very nice, breakfast was awesome with lots of hot food and choices overall. Water in the swimming pool was not the cleanest during our visit.
