The reception staff was very helpful. One of them, named Nicoli help me to look for a driver to take me to Saskatchewan.

Central location. Smell from renovation.

Hotel in general fine, breakfast not included. mismatch in what we were charged for drinks at the front desk $4 for a small bottle of water which is a rip off. TV in the hotel room did not work sound but no picture. bed was very comfortable though, liked the dove soaps

Nobody provided us with a number for the front desk, so we had to call the hotel directly, the room itself was average. The hot tub had yellow water and was not even lukewarm… there was poop on the ground, and the pool water had a film over it… Location in proximity to Canada life centre was very convenient. Overall an okay stay just very disappointed about the cleanliness of the pool facilities.

Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors.

Elavators were dirty plus only 1 working for 11 storey hotel.Security guards very unfriendly although i guess they need to look like they were chewing on lemons.

Stains on the carpet in both our rooms. It seems like northern communities have overtaken this place and live here long term. There’s a lot of shady people outside of it and also inside. Full time security at the building. If I was there with my family we would have left immediately.

When we first entered the room we opened the blinds right away it came down so we had to get someone to fix it I hope I get my damage deposit back to because the room was perfect besides the blind it was like that already I think it was planned so they can take away the damage deposit I want that money back soon
