Dirty in all sorts… never to stay again… the bed sheets and pillows seemed not been changed at all… if there is lower than 0 rating, that would be it.

I think the place has a great potential but is under administrated. However, the rooms are comfortable but the facilities could be better.

I will give 1 stars because good service from the staff otherwise no star at all . We arrived at night time and no house keeping available .we booked this room for curiosity because the price is cheap . So instead of 2 nights I just booked 1 night . The staff is friendly and easy to approached. First he wants to show us the room before he book us but because we’re tired I asked him if there is a fridge and he said yes so I asked him just book us now so we don’t have to go back again. That first room wasn’t for us so we transfer to executive room and again all I could say is wasn’t for us either but it’s night now and non refundable .i have to use my clean clothes as pillow cases . Worse experiences .not sure if i have to book another hotel room or just stay here for the night since my daughter fell asleep now .

The hotel is terribly run down and shabby. Getting off of the elevator onto my floor the elevator tracks had not been cleaned in yo ears. Entering the room and turning on the light, the switch was broken. The bathtub had black mold in the corner, and the light fixture was askew. The lampshade in the main area was torn. The beds had what looked like dirty horse blankets on them. One with what looked like dried blood on it. There were also some what looked like dried blood spots on the floor near the bed. One of the sheets had a hole in it. i asked that it be changed. When I came back there was a replacement sheet on the bed but I was expected to change it. The walls had wallpaper hanging and many older holes in the wall patched, very poorly
