We loved our stay here. The front desk girl was so lovely and kind. We had an awesome pool bar server, he was so friendly. The rooms could use a bit of updating but nothing was dirty or not good. The pools! Yes with an S! There are 3 pools technically. 1 outdoor pool on floor 4 it has lounge chairs and a bar you can order from and charge to your room. 1 indoor pool near the small gym. In that area there is also a small round kids waiting pool and a hot tub Having these options was fantastic! The only thing I would suggest for the hotel is to re-line the pools. They both had areas where it was bubbling or bunching and torn. Not sure how the indoor pool retained water haha we found a cut in the liner. If you get "free breakfast" as part of your stay or rate you choose. Be patient, the front desk is well versed in these rates but it seemed to be a bit confusing for the restaurant staff. On both occasions they had to ask someone to clarify this, as if they were not aware breakfast was free for some people. However, once they knew this everything was great! You choose 1 meal option and 1 drink and when the bill comes you just add the top and sign and it goes to your room and the front desk removes it from your stay. It was clean and everyone was friendly! We enjoyed two nights there and would stay again.
