I have stayed here twice now visiting my college student. Hotel is convenient to Winona, just on the outskirts of town. The heat did not work in our original room booked and we were upgraded immediately, the front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and attentive. You cannot beat it for the price.

There was bed bugs in the room I was in. Room 117. Nothing was done about it except moving me to another room.

The hotel itself seemed nice, but our room was way too warm, and when we tried to lower the temp with the AC. It would run for a few minutes and shut off. There was no way to adjust the heat and our room stayed at around 73 degrees. We prefer to sleep in a room at 65 degrees. They boast about being eco-friendly, but then they keep the heat too high. What was also odd was outside of our rooms, the temperature was a lot cooler, so maybe it was just the room we were given that had heating issues?

This hotel is a no bells and no whistles hotel (which I expected for the price) Adrian was very kind, efficient & informative when we checked in! We need more people like that in this world! Overall for this price point it exceeded our needs/expectations!

No shampoo or conditioner or soap in my room. Very limited breakfast options. Otherwise pretty standard get what you pay for

Very clean, very comfortable. I was so tired upon arrival, the desk personnel helped carry my luggage up to my room. Very much appreciated. We will return again next time we are at an event at the Minnesota Equestrian Center. Will recommend to others.
