A charming old hotel right in the middle of an equally charming downtown. We loved it, and were able to walk wherever we wanted to go!

The Park Plaza Hotel is a charming, quaint, gem located in the center of Winter Park’s Historic District. There is so much to see and do in this area. We shopped William Sonoma, Talbots, Pottery Barn, Lululemon or little boutiques and stores. We visited the Morse Museums, walked through Rollins College Campus, and took a scenic boat ride.
The Hotel is within walking distance from it all. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always had bottles of water and coffee ready.

What a shame, such a charming outside and area
Mold in the rooms.
I moved rooms, more mold...
When i stepped into the plastic tub to take a shower my foot almost went right thru

The bad experience came from the loud adjacent pot smoking couple that woke us up late at night. The other problem was the train came through late at night. Very loud.

The property is great and really clean! It’s an historic property not modern and cold but warm and inviting! The staff was excellent superior location for Winter Park!
