Wolfscastle Country Hotel

We had a fantastic experience. We had an hour in the jacuzzi and sauna, with complimentary tea and coffee, followed by a massage. It is the best massage I have ever had!! The lady that gave me my massage was so professional and attentive. She talked me thru what to expect and gave me privacy when needed. She made sure I was hydrated and I felt I could ask for anything at all times. Grace, the lady who gave me the most fantastic massage ever, encouraged me to take my time post treatment, to chill and get changed in my own time. My friend also had a fantastic experience with her lady, Levi. We have experienced many a spa day over the last few years and this experience at Wolfscastle County Hotel has been the best!! Except for one thing, the complimentary coffee was a bit of a disappointment. The tea bags available were lovely, all sorts of tea available. For coffee drinkers, it was a sachet of Nescafe. In my opinion a Taylor's coffee bag would have been perfect.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful country hotel in a lovely location. A very warm welcome, Staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, cosy and very comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows. Warm spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Lovely views across the countryside. Food was excellent- the breakfasts are amazing. Really good value and nothing negative to say.

We booked for one night after we were given a voucher for afternoon tea. The whole experience was fabulous. The staff were friendly and very helpful the room we booked had all the creature comforts needed. The food we had was extremely good. I would definitely recommend wolfscastle country hotel.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Stayed there Sunday for their Sunday special which included breakfast and £50 voucher for evening meal, great value for money. Clean and comfortable can’t fault it. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

We booked the Primrose Spa package for Wednesday 4th February, whilst staying in Solva for the week. Wow what a fantastic experience! My husband and I had the best full body massages from Levie and Grace…..we love a massage and we both thought it was one of the best we have ever had! The facilities were just perfect too! It’s really lovely that we had the use of the jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves for an hour and super lucky that the sun was shining too! After our treatments, we then had a delicious lunch in the restaurant, served by a lovely waitress who was super friendly….a real credit to the Wolfscastle! We live in Cardiff and are already planning to come back later in the year and take advantage of the Romantic Package that is available. Huge thanks to all the team …..look forward to visiting again soon!

Just back from a one night stay at the Wolfecastle Hotel. We booked the Sunday special which was room, breakfast and £50 towards the dinner. The room was lovely, comfy bed and living room area. Bathroom large with bath and separate shower. Dinner stunning, Chateaubriand for 2 with all the extras. Excellent choice for breakfast but the real highlight was the spa treatments. An hour to ourselves in the hot tub and sauna followed by a FULL hour of body massage reasonably priced at £60. The two members of staff, Bethan and Grace, were so welcoming and both gave amazing massages. Will definitely be booking again.
