Though the facilities were quite aged, the whole stay was comfortable and relaxing. Things were clean and the view was pleasant.

Finally, a golf club in Australia has teamed up with a respected hotel chain which has made for a wonderful facility at Wollongong Golf Club, congratulations to all. My father and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return. Views overlooking the course are beautiful, superintendent doing a wonderful job.

Great location and view!

Wow what a pleasant suprise. The room was clean and very tidy and well laid out. The best western is located on Wollongong golf club. The facilities are excellent. We were offered a $5 breakfast. Also a temporary membership for the golf club giving us 10% off all purchases. A very enjoyable stay

I stayed for 4 nights in room 208 for a golf break, and on the whole, my stay was satisfactory. My spacious room looked out onto the car park and main road, and was wonderfully cleaned and tidied daily, and there was everything I needed. Check in/out was easy, and the small TV had smart functions, so you can watch most channels, free WIFI. Parking can be a problem, as the club is pretty busy from early morning with golfers arriving and also nearby workers using the "free" car park to park and walk to work making parking spots tight. The hotel is within easy walking distance from eatery's, shops, the beach etc., so that's useful. My AC unit in the lounge (no AC in bedroom) was very noisy, and so I could'nt use it, so had to have the windows open which let road noise in. Food and drinks are not cheap, but I did receive a complimentary guest card which helped. Yes, I would stay here again.

Love the view from our spacious room. Bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Really enjoy our stay here.

the room was nice and the hotel well located. however, i had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. it was narrow with a thin cheap mattress. it uncut the quality of the hotel. moreover, it was badly placed: i am 81 years old and i had to move heavy furniture to open it. disappointing.
